Privacy Statement SatData BV
SatData BV considers the protection of personal data to be of the utmost importance for the conduct of its business activities. Personal data is processed and secured with the greatest possible care. SatData complies with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in all cases.
Processing of personal data
SatData BV records data about you as part of its services when you visit the website, request information, participate in special promotions, or otherwise contact us. In doing so, we distinguish between personal data and anonymous or anonymized data.

You have the right to receive the personal data that SatData processes about you, so that you can transfer it to another provider of similar services. You may also request SatData to transfer the data directly to another organization, where technically possible.
Retention periods
SatData BV does not retain your personal data for longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required by law. This means, among other things, that we:

After your contract with a provider or SatData has been terminated and the statutory retention period has expired, you can request us to delete your data.
