In 1999, during the Millennium Bug, we developed a portable 12V and 220V connectivity case for the then Waterschap Gelderland (now Vitens), ensuring that water pumping stations could continue operating and employees knew exactly when to pump or stop – even in the event of power or computer failures. This solution, based on the Traxis network, became an example for many other parties during the Millennium Bug and laid the foundation for our focus on mission-critical communication.
Based on that experience from 1999, we developed SatData: a modern, portable satellite and 5G internet solution that is guaranteed to work during power outages (coincidentally able to test it perfectly during the power outage in Spain in April 2025), network failures, and in remote locations.
