You can turn to us for all your operational questions, support, and malfunctions. At SatData, we strive for a long-term and successful partnership with our customers. Our support department is an important part of this partnership, and we are happy to help you at every step of your IoT journey. Service is a top priority at SatData. The support department is staffed by employees with years of expertise in the field of Data Connectivity. The standard Service Level Agreement is a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week, 365-day-a-year standby service from SatData, giving you the option to report your question, support, or malfunction via 31850606869. Our support representative will handle your question or report immediately. We do not have a paid Service Level Agreement where you are charged fees or pay more per SIM card per month, nor do we have a ticketing system. Instead, you speak directly to a representative, or if we are busy, we will call you back immediately, often within 10 minutes. With us, this is standard service!
