Levertijden & Verzendkosten

We carefully do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. We aim to ship orders placed on working days before 16:00 on the same day. However, we are not always able to meet this deadline; sometimes products are out of stock, in which case the delivery of your order may take a little longer. An indication of the delivery time is shown on the product page (in stock = within 2 working days, on backorder = 2 to 4 working days (if it takes longer than 2 to 4 working days, you will be provided with an estimated delivery time), sold out = delivery time cannot be determined in the short term. Should we be unable to meet this delivery time for any reason, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The listed prices are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

A minimum of €9.00 applies to orders. Should you order a product that is significantly heavier than a standard package and is insured, these will be the actual costs charged by the carrier.

Delivery is handled by the Post NL mail carrier or parcel delivery driver (Post NL also delivers on Saturdays). Generally, delivery will take place on the next working day and possibly on Saturday between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.

You will always receive a Track & Trace code via PostNL for orders that do not fit through the letterbox.
